The Fitness Center’s Body Check program makes weight-loss success simple by offering a way to help you stay focused while striving to meet your goals. After signing-up for the Body Check program, you will be teamed with an exercise specialist who will give you SUPPORT and keep you ACCOUNTABLE for 90 days through the use of:
- Goal setting
Before you take a step you need to know where you want to go! At your initial meeting, our exercise specialist will work with you to create a successful goal strategy. Throughout the 90-day program these goals will be re-evaluated based on your progress and/or changing needs.
- Personalized exercise plan
Your exercise specialist will develop a customized workout program to fit your unique situation. This plan may include use of strength training equipment, cardio equipment and group fitness classes as well as home-based exercises.
It can be the most dreaded or the most rewarding part of losing weight… weigh-ins! Weekly weigh-ins at The Fitness Center will closely track your progress.
- Food and exercise logs
We will equip you with food and exercise logs to track your daily food intake and keep you focused on your exercise plan.
- Body measurements
At your initial meeting and upon completion of the program, body measurements and body fat percentage will be recorded.
