This high intensity program utilizes free weights, resistance and body weight to help you attain and maintain your physique. Each component of the workout provides a uniquely different emphasis or system response, so your body never gets accustomed to the constantly changing format.
Along with driving, motivating music, participants jam through RIPPED with smiles, determination and strength. RIPPED is effective for all levels; it’s tough yet doable.
