Summer Fitness Bucket List Challenge

July 17 – Aug. 13

  • Complete 20 fun summer activities in four weeks to be entered into a prize drawing. Win one of four summer fun baskets – each valued at $50!
  • Cost for members is $5. Cost for nonmembers is $25, which includes a punch card for five Fitness Center visits during the challenge.
  • Park and bucket list workouts will be available at the Fitness Center front desk. There will be a different bucket list workout available each week.

Bucket List:

  • Water activity for 30+ minutes
  • Bike 50 miles in five weeks
  • Walk/run a 5K
  • Activity of choice
  • Fitness Center group fitness class
  • Attend Yoga in the Park or a Body Flow class
  • Complete bucket list workout
  • Date/Family fun night
  • Play pickleball or tennis
  • Try a new recipe
  • Try a grilled fruit
  • Attend a farmer’s market or go to a farmhouse market
  • Fitness Center group fitness class
  • Have an outdoor picnic (with healthy food)
  • Go to the zoo or on a nature hike
  • Attend an outdoor music festival or sporting event
  • Fitness Center group fitness class
  • Visit a three rivers park or state park
  • Do an outdoor workout with a buddy
  • Do the backyard or outdoor circuit class or do the park workout
  • Go fishing or geocaching
  • Complete bucket list workout
